The Hobbit - Free Layout Design 4-Pack for Background Painters: Brandy Buck Hall, The Shire

These PSD files are for painters who want to color in a pre-designed background. Included are Interior and Exterior spaces in Realistic and Graphic styles.

Brandy Buck Hall is a place written in about in The Hobbit, but I never saw an artist rendition so for my final assignment, this is the area of the Shire I chose!

These designs were done for Khang Le's Background Design for Animation class, which helped launch my career in TV Animation.  My hope is that other artists will find these drawings useful and fun to paint!

IMPORTANT NOTE:  The Graphic PSDs have the lines flattened on a white layer, so painters beware.  Also, the Realistic Exterior design has some white on the lines, which needs to be worked around.  My apologies for the lack of quality here, they were errors from rushing the assignments.
